Register your Trusted Pharmacist Profile

In order to complete the verification process and create your personal Google G-Suite account (name.surname@pharmacist.org), fill in the following form.

For the purpose of collecting your biometric data, which will be used to secure your Trusted Pharmacist Profile, during the verification process you will be required to provide us with your licence to practise the pharmacist profession and the access to your webcam. You can be sure of the safety of your data. It is not accessible to any third parties and, after the account is created, you will have full access to your data.

*If you are a citizen of the European Union, after creating an account on the pharmacist.org domain you will also have the possibility to use the pharmacist.eu domain. It is you who decides which of these addresses will be your main address. Do not worry, however – all the messages from both domains will be sent to your inbox. You can use both!

Your e-mail alias; it is usually name.surname. If it has already been claimed, the administrator will offer you to create a different one.
